There will undoubtedly be many 'audiences'. Each community within the locality where you are working is likely to respond best to different types of publicity. For example, text messages may work badly with people over 60; similarly, a piece in the parish newsletter probably wouldn't bring in that many young people. Getting people's mobile phone numbers is a very useful way of building a rapid communication network.

Work out with people in the group exactly who you are aiming to communicate with. It may be all the stakeholders you identified in Part 2.2, or it may be a few groups within that wider list. It all depends what you want to achieve!
