Accidents which do not come into the 'major' category still need to be recorded in the Accident Book which must be held by the responsible organisation. There is no clear definition of what constitutes a recordable accident, but as a rule-of-thumb any accident that requires the opening of the first aid kit, even for the administration of plasters, should be recorded in the Accident Book on return to base.
